Just released 11-17-22, we are evaluating fixes and new features in this new release. Of primary interest is fixing the display of BM source and user RID’s crossing over to PNWDigital. 9 digit User RID’s and BM source RID’s are at issue as well as how the c-Bridge handles them.
For the time being, you may notice that the Callwatch may show variations in display from nothing but source and user RID’s numbers with no text to missing calls completely. This span of information detail is part of evaluating the changes, fixes and new tools.
It currently will be done only on PNW-E to help lessen the the impact across most of the system.
