Helpful details to include in your email:
What is your Name?
What is your Callsign?
What is your DMR ID?
What type of device do you have?
Is your device simplex or duplex?
Which is your preferred MMDVM server?
Have you changed your username or password on the device (yes/no)?
Do you know the IP address of your hotspot (yes/no)?
Are you able to load your hotspot’s dashboard in your web browser (yes/no)?
What remote support software do you prefer (Zoom, Teamviewer, etc)?
Any helpful details, history, or what you’ve tried?
