PNWD now supports Meshcore. We use Zoom for meetings twice monthly.  Our meetings will be for our member’s support for efforts to learn more about Meshcore as well as assist in deploying personal repeaters as well as MC repeaters at many of our DMR repeater sites.

UPDATED 8-4-26: Please join us for the “Mesh Net”, twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 1900 west coast time on Zoom (zoom.pnwdigital.net/pw: pnwdigital, same creds as the Gathering / members only please).

As the MC growth has mushroomed, we are already seeing the need to better manage that growth and traffic in the busiest regions.  We hope to help in drilling down into the deeper areas for better management.  Regions, paths, 2 byte and hashtag channels are areas to explore. PNWDigital is actively supporting high level Meshcore repeaters and/or backhaul operation to help in the managed growth of Meshcore by use of our current high level repeater sites.

We are still tweaking the Zoom formats so please be patient. We welcome your suggestions and comments.

NOTE: The Zoom session is for members of PNWDigital. At this time non-members are not being excluded but we do reserve the right to make changes in the interest of primary support to PNWDigital members.

For our members, we have a full-featured Meshcore IO group. Also available is our Meshcore Signal Group and members are welcome to join us there as well. If you ham call is not included, you will not be automatically included. Email meshcore@pnwdigital.net if necessary.

The greater Meshcore community in the Palouse is an outstanding site with info for those just starting out as well as some advanced planning issues to address the growth of Meshcore. We also have The Palouse Mesh IO group but it has yet to catch on. But better we now have a website that supports. At this time, we have no other other area specific MC support.

We suggest that you add #pnwd to your channels as it is now active in western and south eastern Washington regions. Also adding pnwd to your region scopes will help out for later growth.
