The National Tribal Emergency Management Council (NTEMC) is conducting a
full scale emergency exercise on 9-19 June and ham radio is at the
center of their plans.  Next Saturday, a contingent of the United States
Volunteers Joint Services Command (USV-JSC) will be assisting the NTEMC,
and part of their scenario involves communications tests on HF, Winlink,
and DMR.  The USV-JSC is being assisted by ARES/RACES volunteers at each
of five station locations (one in CA, one in FL, one in VA, and two in
WA).  They want to send/receive ICS-213 situation reports and conduct
some tactical communications via DMR.
